  • Question

  • Hello! I have a user with Windows 7 Professional x64 and any time he tries to open Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox, the computer crashes and reboots. However, I installed Google Chrome remotely and it has no issues. Here is the error that is given when it starts up:

    Problem signature:
      Problem Event Name:    BlueScreen
      OS Version:    6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
      Locale ID:    1033

    Additional information about the problem:
      BCCode:    116
      BCP1:    FFFFFA8005A41010
      BCP2:    FFFFF8800F166880
      BCP3:    0000000000000000
      BCP4:    000000000000000D
      OS Version:    6_1_7601
      Service Pack:    1_0
      Product:    256_1

The BSOD message in the title above was given prior to that. I went ahead and installed the latest driver package from NVIDIA, but clicking on these two browsers still does the same thing. Any ideas?

I have the .xml and .dmp file on my SkyDrive as well.

They are in a zip file called Error.zip.
