Outlook 2007 user unable to add delegates due to the area being greyed out RRS feed

  • A VIP using Outlook 2007 is attempting to add delegates for their mailbox but the area within Outlook that allows its users to add delegates is completely grayed out.

    We are currently on Exchange 2007 SP3 UR5.

    Do you know what could be causing this behavior?  Thanks

    Any updates on this issue?

     

     Before you try to add delegate, I suggest you install all the latest updates (for your Outlook and Exchange Server).

     

    If the issue persists, please paste the exact error you got in your next post.
