CX600 Sign In Error - Cloud PBX user in Hybrid configuration RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are currently testing Cloud PBX.

We have upgraded a test phone to firmware 4.0.7577.4463, move the test user to Cloud PBX, and then connect the cx600 via usb to authenticate. Sign In always fails.

Do we need to make any configuration changes? .. e.g change DHCP option 120 from"<internal pool FQDN>.local" to "sip.domain.com" instead?

    Thank you

  • Hi Antonios.Makro,

Did this issue only appear on the specific Polycom phone?

Based on my research, there is no change for the configuration.

Regarding this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
    1. Update the firmware of the Polycom CX 600 to latest.
    2. If the issue persists, try to reset your phone and test again.

    Regards,

    Alice Wang
