Zone property for web parts in display and edit modes. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I have a page layout in which I have display mode and edit mode with web part zones. When I try to add a web part in the page by editing it, I'm able to select the zone for the web part only for the Edit mode and not for the display mode because of which the web part is not appearing on the right zone in the display mode. Can someone please let me know if I'm missing something? Thanks.

    Regards,

  • You can check masterpage, css, js related to your custom branding if you have any. Else, please share more details on your pagelayout (HTML code).

Following is a sample of simple pagelayout...
