It depends what you mean by "operations" - different people mean different things with this term. The product is too big these days to fit in everything you might want to do after it's installed into a single guide. For example, are you talking about maintaining the site, or implementing specific features? Or have you configured the features but looking for day-to-day tasks? Some starting points:
