After Connectivity to Allways-on Data Base Restored , Contacts and Group Saved on Skype Clients Removed RRS feed

    Hi There

    this morning after Connectivity from Front-End Servers to Database Restored All Contacts and Group from Skype Clients has Gone, Database Servers run Cluster Service and SQL Servers 2014 Config to Allways-On Databases for Skype 4 Business .

    there is a Problem to Connectivity Between Database Server by Symantec Endpoint Protection and Log Shipping Between SQL Servers Failed .

    After Stop Symantec Endpoint Protection , Skype Client Can log on but All Settings such as Message of a Day and Contacts and Group Gone , its seems Database has been Refreshed to Clean Installation of Skype 4 Business .

    i Take Backup from Skype Database , is it help to me ?

    Hi,

    Yes, you could restore back end server if you have made the backup files.

    After recreating the database in Topology Builder, you could import user data via cmdlet in SFB server Mgmt shell.
