Hi experts,
I have a user who cannot search PST files within the "All Items" "All Mailboxes" scope. Search within current folder works well. Any thoughts? We are using Outlook 2013. Thanks.

What environment you are using at back-end? Is it Exchange or IMAP?

Hi David,
How many accounts did you configure in Outlook 2013? Where did you do the search, the Inbox folder of PST file or other mailbox, other subfolders?
If possible, please provide a screenshot about your search issue for better understanding.
