Failed Packages cause Health Sate to show error RRS feed

     I have a couple of packages which show a failed install for some computers. I do not care that they failed. I would like their health state to show OK. How do you CLOSE the Failed Installations Alert?

    Hi Sean,

    Two ways to change the status:

    1. Manually install this software on the client, then the next time when clienst communicate with the server, it will be detected.

    2. Un-approve this software to this client.

    Hi,

    Please open your SCE console, navigate to Monitoring space, in "Computers", choose the problematic client, click "Health Explorer" in the right pane, find the red cross, right click it and choose "Reset health", then the status of the client will be back to normal

    That did not work the Failed Packages did not reset and the Client is still showing as a health error, please see http://www.screencast.com/users/SeanMillington/folders/Jing/media/956238f1-2164-4af2-b2e1-fc26b7b942f5 for example.
