    I'm trying to open IE on the W10 Technical Preview Eval Copy, Build 9841 and get the message below:

    Runtime Error!

    Program: C:\Program Files(X86)\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.EXE

    R6031

    -Attempt to initialize the CRT more than once.

    This indicates a bug in your application

    I figured out that some trash programs loaded in the back ground, once deleted, it is working again.
