  • When trying to open a file through Excel Page, file, open, My Documents.  I get message "Access Denied".  O.S. is Windows 7 Pro and Office Pro 2003.

    From your description, to resolve this issue, set the permissions on the parent folder of the redirected folder as listed in the following table.

     

    User

    Permissions

    Enterprise administrators

    Full Control

    Domain administrators

    Full Control

    Authenticated users

    Traverse Folder / Execute File
    List Folder / Read Data
    Read Attributes

    Do junction points work on Office 2003 if your O.S. is Windows 7 Pro.?
