  • I too am having this same issue with Outlook 2016 (Office 365 version) running on Windows business

    Before we go on, could you please clarify at which exact point will you experience this issue? 
    Have you tried any steps to try fixing the problem?

    Please try to start Outlook in safe mode(Press Win + R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.) and see if there will be any improvement. This helps eliminate whether the problem is related to any third party add-ins.

    If the issue persists, please try repairing Office via Control Panel and check the result.
