Mail Flow Queuing in the Queue for one child domain

    Question

  • Dear All,

I have a problem, one of my child domains is not receiving incoming emails which are queuing on the parent exchange server with error

432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; retryable mailbox access denied failure

but am able to send and receive in and out on the parent domain mail server and also on one child domain server.

your usual help is greatly appreciated.

    Michael

  • Hi,

Take a look at this thread and see if it helps: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/4b3dae9b-b5d0-4f76-ac77-408936ac87de/432-432-storedrvdeliverexceptionaccessdeniedexceptionmapiexceptionnoaccess-failed-to-process?forum=exchange2010.

Also, confirm that the child domain Exchange server IP is configured to use the default frontend receive connector on Exchange 2013. You can also enable verbose logging on your CAS front end receive connectors to get more information.

Another thing you can check is to confirm that the child domain Exchange server is in the correct groups - compare to the other child domain Exchange server that is working.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

Are you using the required builds of Exchange 2007 as per the requirements here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996719(v=exchg.150).aspx ?

You can attempt to change to the system account and see if this resolves your issue. Have you checked the Exchange server group membership between the working child domain server and the other child domain server?

    Thanks.

  • Hello Michael

It looks like you have IPv6 working condition. can you go to network connection window and in advance settings check which network card is primary. Remote registry not accessible means network card not allowing print and file service sharing to access remote registry.

  • Dear Mark

Since I have about 5 exchange servers and 1 edge, one of the server has just been installed exchange server 2013 one and a half weeks ago where as the rest are running exchange server 2007 sp3.

and all these servers have network service as the logon on transport service which HT should this logon be changed to local system account?
