Can we have different NIC card for mediation server which is collocated in frontend

Hi we have collocated the A/V and mediation server in the frontend server can we use different NIC for both the roles? or if we use same NIC can we have different IP's?

You can only have a single NIC in the Front End server, but you can change which TCP port is used for SIP for the Mediation Server role (TCP and TLS).
