upgraded recently to FitBit Surge - won't let me set up now RRS feed

  • Hello - my name is Ann Morgan.  I recently purchased a new FitBit Surge.  I'm trying to set it up, but I keep getting the message that my FitBit account already exists.  And it won't let me go any further.  Can you help please?
