recreate a user's work folders

Hello,

How do I recreate a user's work folders? Work folders for a user is not retrieving nor accessing data from their computer to the server. I am unable to delete nor rename the work folder from the server as I receive the error "file is open with another program". I have tried suspending the account from server manager and the issuer persists.

Hi，

Please close related using programs which is using this work folder.

You could using process explorer to check the related thread.

Please log off this account then using domain admin privilege to create user's work folders to see if it helps.
