Master Project RRS feed

  • OK - first timer here....

I use MS Project 2016 a fair bit and figured I could handle it just fine.

However, I've run into a problem with Master Projects.

I had created a Resource Pool and applied this to the Projects I wanted to insert into the Master Project.

When I check the Resource Sheet in the Master file, the resources were duplicated for each inserted Project.

I deleted everything, went back to square one and retried.

This time when I checked the Resource Sheet, there was only one list of resources.

    I don't believe I did anything different.

    Which is correct?

    I'm really confused.

    Thank you for your help!

The second set of results is what you should expect.  I am not sure what went wrong the first time, but you definitely did things correctly the second time!  :)  Hope this helps.
