    how do i make media player to be my default player i also have real player and everything plays in that

    Even you are in the wrong forum. Access the preferences screen of Media Player, there should be a tab that's callesd File Association. Re-assign everything back to MP.

    i do have windows 8 and I did search for file association but there is no find it ,my media player not working or missing media player program ,please help me with simple langueage to fix the problem
