O365 mailbox rollback to previous date/state RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

One of our 365 users accidentally restored all Deleted Messages. Is there a way to rollback the single mailbox to a previous date?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Marco,

I am afraid there is not a direct way for this in Outlook. But there is a workaround for you:
    1. Select Deleted Items in your Outlook.
    2. Then click View > View Settings > Columns…

    3. Under Select available columns from, select Date/Time field, then select Modified > Add->. Remove other available columns except Modified, click OK.

    4. Then you are supposed to see the all the restored messages by click Modified. Just choose them and delete them.

    Hope this can be helpful.
