Call forwarding works fine.
I have enabled simultaneous ring in the voice policy but SfB just doesn't attempt to make the call.
Used CLS Logs and SIP logs (SipStack, Mediation Server, Inbound and Outbound routing, S4) but I can see no error or attempt on SfBs behalf to make the call.
Installed CU4 but it hasn't fixed it.
It's definitely not the SIP gateways error because I have done a SIP trace and can see no attempt for any outbound call.
Any ideas?
