Skype for Business 2015: Unable to record Video when presenting Desktop RRS feed

    Video is not displaying in recording while presenting Desktop during a Skype for Business meeting.

    Version: 

    Microsoft Lync 2013 (15.0.4779.1001) MSO (15.0.4823.1000) 32-bit

    Part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Schedule a Skype Meeting
    2. Join Skype Meeting
    3. Select:  Use Skype for Business (full audio and video experience)
    4. Select: Present Desktop...
    5. Select: More Options (...) > Start Recording
    6. Message appears that it is recording.
    7. Speak and navigate some screens
    8. Select: More Options (...) > Stop Recording
    9. End meeting
    10. Go to Tools > Recording Manager
    11. Once status is Completed, Select file and click Play

    Expected Result:

    Audio and Video appears

    Actual Result:

    Audio plays and the following message appears on the Screen:  "At this point in the meeting, no one was presenting or sharing video"
