Authenticator on iOS doesnt work over LTE/4G RRS feed

  • Started to use the app because my Microsoft ID got hacked.

    App on iOS works fine if im connected to WIFI, but doesnt work over ATT network, get the following message:

    "Your connection was lost.  Check your network connectivity and try again."   This has happened through out the day today, and ALWAYS works over WIFI.

  • Just checked the iOS settings and by default cellular was turned off!  Kind of stupid of both me and the add

  • Can you give me more details as to what is going on? 

    You said your MIcrosoft ID got hacked, is this for Email, or Office365, or what service are you having issues with? 

    I assume you changed the password, did you uninstall the application from the Iphone, reboot, and reinstall the application on the device, followed by logging into it with your new username and password? 

    Do you have data service where you are? 

    Data service is different than cellular.. 

    Do you have your settings in IOS to allow your application to run on Data vs Wifi?
