  • After you have merged the topologies, you would run Import-CsLegacyConfiguration .  See link:

  • The Import-CsLegacyConfiguration cmdlet imports policies, voice routes, dial plans, Communicator Web Access URLs, and dial-in access numbers to Lync Server 2010.
