What are the best Wiki navigation code samples? RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I've been thinking of the <toc> tag and other ways to link/navigate on a Wiki page. What are the code samples or methods that you think are best?

  • Piling on to this, do you have suggestions for how to better navigate the Wiki?  Tags and search work for many, but is there better (additional) ways?

What about in-line linking and the TOC tree that Wikipedia uses? Are those helpful methods of navigation? Currently all our linking is manual, and there's no clear process around it.
