Duplicate user with different domain RRS feed

  • Hi All 

    I have a couple of users that are creating some issues.

    When i look in the Admin center the user only exists once and sync's with AD

    When selecting the user to give them permissions in PWA the user appears twice - Same spelling but different domains and role descriptions.

    The user is from when we were setting up Project Online, Before SSO. 

    How do I remove this account ( as it doesn't exist as a user in the Admin center.

    Did you try

    1) Server Settings

    2) Delete Enterprise Objects

    3) Select Resources and users

    4) Find User and delete

    Or you could find the user in the Resource Center and make it inactive.
