Resource center in Project server/EPM 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

In the Resource Center in EPM 2010, When a user selects by ticking resources to view “Resource Availability”, the selected resources remain ticked by default. Therefore, once I have viewed the availability and deselect the resource and click on apply, the resources remain selected on the resource centre side. If you exit resource centre and return at a later time, the previously selected resources remain selected (this was not the case in 2007, the resources were automatically deselected once you have viewed availability and returned to pwa). Could someone please shed some light on how to deselect all the selected resources without having to deselct each individual resource which was selected in the previous session?

    Thank you,

    Jaco

  • Hi Jaco,

This is out of box feature provided with project server. Once you select the resources the Jsgrid keep the information for the next session. There is an option on Resource center which is very helpful. Open the Resource Center and hover over the header for the checkboxes column.  This will show you a dropdown arrow. Click on the dropdown and click on Select All or Clear all.
