How to use an App-V program on Terminalserver?

Hello,
I try to use App-V with Remote App. Publishing an App-V as RDP file works fine but now I want to keep the associated file types. When I try to include them with Remote App Manager I got a message couldn´t create MSI file. Hm, not sure why... Any hints?
