    can any one tell me how to export all the mail enabled public folders list in to excel file

    Run the following command through EMS:

    Get-MailPublicFolder | Export-Csv "c:\publicfolder.csv"

  • What version of Exchange? For 2003\2007 you can use pfdavadmin and export the report into csv format. Open pfdavadmin, tools export properties and pick any 1 property.

  • thanks for reply we are using exchange 2007. i ran this utility but it giving error while making the connection with Public Folder.

    Error: An error occured while trying to establish a connection to the exchange server. Be sure that port 443 or 80 can be rached. and checked PF database are mounted.

     

    everything is fine but still it is giving error.

  • Don't run it on the exchange server, run it on another 2003 member server.
