  • Hi,

The cause of this issue could be the application pool for “6ad627e30629460596e2cc21a0917c57” application is set to use 32-bit support in IIS. When the “6ad627e30629460596e2cc21a0917c57” utilizes the 32-bit code path, the connection cannot be activated.

Please open IIS Manager, open the "Site" section, then expand the “SharePoint Web Services”. Find ““6ad627e30629460596e2cc21a0917c57” and click “Basic Settings” or “Advanced Settings” to find the corresponding Application pool of this application.

Open the "Application Pools" section in IIS. Find the corresponding Application pool and click "Advanced Settings". Change "Enable 32-Bit Applications" to False. Perform an "IISRESET".

    Best regards,

    Linda Zhang
