Outlook Anywhere on UAG RRS feed

  • Question

  • Can I use the UAG to provide Outlook Anywhere access to Exchange 2010 mailboxes? I'm currently using a front end server in my 2003 environment and would like to use my UAG for when I go to 2010.

The CAS role in Exchange 2010 will provide the RPC proxy needed for Outlook Anywhere, UAG can then provide secure access to this service. The key differentiator is that you can publish all Exchange web services on a single IP address and also gain transparent access if clients are logged in with cached credentials on external clients.
