Outlook Mobile search functions does not load all content

Hi,
I have problem when using "search" in mobile outlook, it will not load all the content. Example, when I search "BA", it will only list out the email until 19 Oct 2019. Why it not show all the email older than that date? Same issue happen when search other subject. It will affect user that use android and ios phone. Already log this issue to app support for Outlook but still can't get resolved until now.

Hi,
Are you using an Exchange account? Can your account work well on Outlook desktop client?
In this case, please make sure you have upgraded both your Outlook app and ios to the latest version. Then you can try removing your email account and re-configure it again and test.
And here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client but your question is more related to Outlook app. So if the issue continues, it is suggested to wait for the response of app support for Outlook. Besides, you can also post a new thread to the forum below:
