Windows has locked files/folders in the user profile RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We use Exclaimer signature that downloads a signature on all computers based on policies set in the cloud. A couple of our users experiencing issues where it's not downloading the signature.

    I checked and noticed that I am unable to delete or make any changes to the files under the following folder despite being a local admin and a domain admin.


    Exclaimer advised that windows has locked files/folders in the user profile and I need to contact Microsoft for this but thought will check on this forums if anyone has any clever idea to resolve this.

    Your assistance is highly appreciated.
