  Try uninstall it and restart your PC and reinstall it.

  Press ESC key or Enter and see whether it makes any changes?

  Try updating your graphics card drivers.

  If no update is available, reinstall the drivers in the following sequence:

  Uninstall the drivers, restart the PC, install the drivers, restart the PC and then check.

  Did this issue only occurred when you playing this game?

  Please press Alt+Tab to switch to your Desktop to confirm it.

   

  If your mouse will appear in desktop, this issue is caused by Incompatibility problems,

  We could run the built-in troubleshoot tool to have a diagnostic.

  it will be better you contact to the zoo tycoon 2 forum support for suitable solutions.

   

  If the issue persists when you switch to desktop, please restart your computer. Then, try to uninstall the USB [Universal Serial bus] host controller’s driver from Device Manger and re-install again to have a test. In addition, you could change another mouse to have a test.
