  • Hi,

    >>she has one of the mailboxes on her outlook and no invite comes through to it and no mail in sent items or drafts.

Do you mean this user has multiple mailboxes configured on her Outlook and sending meeting request issue only happens on one specific mailbox?

How did she create the meeting request? Has she add attendees for the meeting invites and click Send to send out the request? In her Calendar folder, please confirm if the meeting is exited there.

Please follow the steps below to send a test meeting request:

In Outlook 2016 Home tab, click New Items > Meeting, make sure the From field is used the correct account. Click TO button to add meeting attendees, meeting resource location. Use Scheduling Assistant to select the date and time. In the Actions group of the Meeting tab, click Calendar to make sure you created this meeting request in a correct Calendar folder. Then click Send to send meeting.

Confirm if she can send this meeting request and the attendees can receive it. Any updates in your side, feel free to post back.

    Best Regards,

    Winnie Liang

  • Additionally, confirm if the meeting request is stuck in Outbox. If there is any errors, collect the detailed error description here. Also try to send a meeting request from Outlook Web app to confirm if the issue can be reproduced.
