Problem with a downloader xunlei RRS feed

    My xunlei downloader doesn't work on Windows 7. is it a known issue? But it works with Bit Comet. Thanks for your advice

    Hi,

     

    Could you please offer more information?

     

    1.       Does the program cannot be run?

    2.       Does the programs cannot download files?

    3.       Does the programs cannot be run in IE?

     

    Based on my known, mostly xunlei problems are caused by add-ons. Please uninstall xunlei, reset IE and reinstall xunlei to test the issue.
