Lync 2010 - mediation server - always forward or simultanious ring not working

Question
-
Greetings!
We are in the middle of implementing Mediation server in production. We have sucessfully connected with SIP trunk to our provider.
We have managed to test the outbound and inbound calls sucessfully after a lot of days of testing, but we have another problem to solve that ALWAYS forward or SIMULTANIOUS RING ain't working.
provider gave as an explanation that when we enable always forward:FROM HEADER is ok
TO HEADER is also ok
but we are missing DIVERSION header which lync mediation server does not send it.I believe mediation server on LYNC FE is up2date, it shows version: 4.0.7577.183.
What are we missing here?

The solution will be to upgrade to Lync 2013, where sending Header is supported.

If your SIP-trunk provider supports it you could try to enable referer:

Unfortunatelly making SIP REFER enabled or disabled does not helps.
