    What is the symptom of the issue you encountered? The report shows there's a "known incompatibility with the hardware" and all "USB Suspend:USB Device not Entering Suspend" errors are caused by the prevention of Power Management (which is disabled due to hardware issue) so have you made any hardware change rencently?
    You can also manually check the Power Management setting, control panel\power options\chang plan settings\change advanced power settings, scroll down to PCI Express (check if you can set it to "Moderate Power Savings") and Process Power Management(should be active).

  • Primarily this is a report of what your system does with the current power configuration.  You can go into the Control Panel's Power Options and change the settings for most, if not all, of the noted report.  This is not a hardware diagnostics and it does not necessarily indicate a specific problem with the items noted.
