Outlook Sending issue RRS feed

  • My Home and Office 2013 Outlook has stopped sending email on 8 of our 100 plus PC's over the last 2 weeks. All PC's use the same mail setup just different email address. They can receive and reply to mail but not send. It is a pop setup with Time Warner. Web mail works and I just installed Thunderbird as a test with the same settings and it works. I recreated the Outlook user profile and it worked again for a while but then stopped. I enabled logging and compared good logs to bad. They are identical. Verified my pop/smtp settings (they worked when I just installed Thunderbird) and compared them to my working laptop. Nothing blocked in the firewall and I don't see why it would suddenly block specific users over the course of 2 weeks. No errors. Sent mail is in sent box as though it has gone out.
