  • I have a client who would like to change the behavior of the call button in the lync frequent contact list.  When selecting the user and then hitting the "call" button he would like it to default to a video call and not an audio call.  I told him to right click on user and select "start video call" but he said at his last organization he was able to do this.  

    Does anyone know if it is possible to change the behavior of the call button or swap the icon with the video button?
