CONFUSION IN TRYING TO SHIFT FROM UBUNTU 12.4.1

HI EVERYONE.

I've got HP Probook 445 G1 running on Ubuntu 12.4.1,I am facing some Hard time with this Operating system as I do not know where to even START on this thing.

I would like to remove this Operating system and Install a Windows 7 Ultinate on this pc.Doing so I would need the Help and Advise of Experts,So If Anyone can Help me,I would be so Thankful to it.
