  • What problems were you having that you needed to perform a system restore?

Are all of your files backed up?

Do you have a flash drive?

You can upgrade from this link or create a bootable windows 10 iso that you can save for any further windows troubleshooting needs and you can update to windows 10 with the same iso.  Alternatively you can download the windows 10 iso to your desktop and then create a bootable windows 10 iso.

Assuming that your Windows 10 was activated before you lost it.

If it was activated, you have what Microsoft calls Digital License saved at the severs.
Digital License allows you to re-install the SAME Edition of Windows 10 into the SAME computer whenever you want and as often as you want.
You can keep your files, settings and apps ( some apps might be removed or rendered inoperable if not compatible with Win 10.)
    No product key is required.
    Activation is automatic.

Use this Media Creation Tool (MCT) link :

    Click the Update Now button.
That will start the Update Assistant to check your computer's compatibility. If approved, download and installation will begin.

If you bare asked to enter a product key, just select the SKIP option or the "I do not have a product key" option and continue.
Upon successful installation, activation will be automatic.
