Active Sync - files not going? RRS feed

    I have been given a laptop to 'fix' but cannot seem to figure out how.

     

    The user has used active sync to sync files with those in a network folder on a mapped network drive.

    However, now there are only six files in said folder but before there were much more.

    Why does sync centre not delete the old files so that both copies stay they same? Setting?

    I thought that was what happened? If there is a simple setting option I would be very grateful to

    anyone who can help.

    Just deleted the mapped drive and it seemed to sort it.

    Remapped the drive and synced with the location on the server a-fresh.

    Also then set up a scheduel as is best practise following instructions from the Petri site.

    Hopefully that's it sorted.
