My ipod keeps freezing Vista.
I have a Sony Vaio w/Vista business. When I plug the ipod in, the system freezes--as soon as I unplug it, everything is back to normal. Itunes will not recognize the device--I've installed the latest software for itunes & for my ipod to no avail I have another laptop with XP and everything works fine...anyone have any suggestions????
