Hi
I have still a Problem to recive my mails via smtp.
If i check the smtp relay on my mx connector with yout tool then i get this:
220 PCWK.ebiadtest.de Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service ready at Thu, 28 Apr 2011 11:28:14 +0200
OK - my IP resolves to my Provider
Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
0 seconds - Good on Connection time
Not an open relay.
5.959 seconds - Warning on Transaction time
Do you have any suggestions on my Problem?

@Kell
1. Are you having issues receiving email from the external world? If yes, I would suggest that you turn up SMTP logging on your Exchange server on the receive connector and check the logs.
Set-ReceiveConnector “Connector Name” -ProtocolLoggingLevel verbose

2. If you send an email, say from hotmail to an email @Strato.de (which I assume is your SMTP domain), do you get any errors, such as NDR's back to the hotmail account?
3. Can you not receive any email?
4. Is this an issue for only external email or internal too?
