How to send a username claim without domain name

I have the following rule under Claims Issuance Policy for a relying party in ADFS 3.0. The relying party is receiving domain name\samaccountname. I'd like to send only samaccountname and not domain name.

I think you want to choose the rule template "Send LDAP Attributes as Claims" instead and configure a rule to pass SAM-Account-Name through as the outgoing claim type that they require - be that either "sAMAccountName", "Name", etc.
