    Hi,

    If we are migrating Clients from SCCM 07 to SCCM 12  , do we require new Client Certificate?

    I assuming you are using IBCM. For end Clients, no you shouldn't need new certs.

    As long as the certs continue to met those outlined on TechNet (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg699362.aspx) and are still valid, then no. Note that the server side cert requirements have changed slightly in that a site signing cert is no longer required. Also note that this is really an HTTPS client communication requirement and not a IBCM requirement (although IBCM requires HTTPS client communication).
