SCSM 2012 Email notification Problem RRS feed

  • Hi i have an issue regarding SCSM 2012 email notification problem i have created notification channels and every thing by following technet document email were generated properly after that but just after restart of my machines emails are not generated no idea how to troubleshoot the issue everthing properly congfiured as per technet ?

    What does the workflow status say? Is the mail sent, failed or is it just empty?

    Administration,Workflows\Status, then check the name of the workflow/subscription.

    Please check in administration in Notification area what subscribtion additional critera you have set?

  • in subscribtion additional criteria urgency sets equal to high

  • Hi Usama,

    by using this criteria only urgency equals to high incident notifications has been generated.

    Now if you want to generate email notification for low and medium urgency levels you may add also in additional criteria with high urgencey level with OR logic .

    hope it will resolve your issue.
