  • Hi,

    What browser are you using?

    Also please try disabling other browser add-ins and see if this resolves the problem. Else, try the following:

    1. Start -> Programs > Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons)
    2. Open up Walmart Music and try downloading again.

    Hope this helps.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for updating.

    For the following information, I suspect the this is a Walmart’s Download Manager.

    Please Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

    Please note the section “If this is your first purchase, you will be prompted to install our Download Manager which automatically downloads each song one at a time. With our Download Manager, you can monitor download activity via the Download Status pop-up or by the balloon notifications displayed in the lower right corner of your computer screen.”

    Therefore, regarding the issue that the Download Manager cannot work properly, please refer to the following information to troubleshoot:

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your posts.

    Japhoney, please try Jabez’s suggestions when you are convenient and let us know the results. Meanwhile, may I know the results after resetting Internet Explorer settings as I suggested before in the thread:

    At this time, please also check if there is a related add-on for Mp3 downloader with the following document

    Troubleshooting and Internet Explorer’s (No Add-ons) Mode

    To make the issue clear, please also capture a screenshot on the message which states “Mp3 downloader.exe has stopped working”. If so, please capture a screenshot on it.

    Capture a screenshot

    ==============

    1)   Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard.

    2)   Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter.

    3)   In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save".

    4)   The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot".

    5)   Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click “Desktop” on the left pane and then click "Save".

    Please upload the picture to Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) and share its URL with us.

    Thank you for your efforts.
