    i tried several things, run system readyness tool with following result:

    where can i find these files?

    i downloaded ALL!! KB Files, but these files are not there.

    and: i have several servers running, but theses files are NOT there.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    According to the information, those files are corrupt, please find them under C:\Windows\Servicing\Packages.

    First back them up, then copy those files from one Server without issue to the server. After that reboot your Server.

    Note: We could according to the date of the KB installed to find the files.
