SCSM 2012 SLOs not working anymore RRS feed

  • Hello,

    my SLOs are often not working. I have build in SLOs, Metric, Queues and Calenders like in a few posts described. 

    They were working perfectly till the 23.01.2013 but after i had many Incidents without any SLO showing in the Service Level field.

    In the picture you can see that all 2 SLOs (Reaction and Resolution Time) are working. But in every Incident without one or two SLO/s is the last step of my Workflow Account SCSM_W missing.  

    I made the whole configuration new but that did not solve the problem. 

    Any idea, thank you very much,

  • I've solved that problem by myself..

    It was a bit tricky, i had a SQL trigger in 2010 that logs the first resolution date, we used it in the 2012er version and, whyever, the workflow user get blocked to add the SLA Information. Disabling the trigger was the solution..
