Outlook 2016 meeting time discrepancies RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a user that has created a meeting for 3:00 PM PST and one of two recipients to the invite see the correct time in the notification popup but not on their calendar. The time scheduled on their calendar is 10:30 AM PST. I've verified that their respective calendars time zones are correct, Windows time and time zone are the same and their iPhone's have Time Zone Override turned off.

All users are on Outlook 2016.

  • Hi,

Do you see the same behavior if we view the meeting from within OWA and on the user's iPhone?

You may also need to check the OWA settings of the user, especially the time zone setting.

Besides, is it possible to have the organizer send an update to the meeting? If so, have a try with it and see whether this issue could be fixed then.
